Mrs. C Sheeja
Principal, ICSK Junior.

Mrs. C Sheeja, is a first class post graduate in physics from prestigious Presidency College, Chennai. She also possesses her bachelor degree in education from the Madras University. Starting her career with DPS, Damanjodi, Orissa, she has acquired 32 years of vast experience in training young minds and has underwent training in various aspects of education.
Mrs. Sheeja, a founder member of DPS Kuwait (FAIPS), has a commendable role in its growth. In order to inculcate leadership skills in students at a younger age she introduced primary school students’ council and enjoyed immense popularity as a seasoned physics teacher possessing excellent organisational skills. Education being the most powerful weapon that can change the world; Mrs, Sheeja strongly believes that educating the mind without educating the heart is no education.
Mrs. Sheeja has 6 years of experience as a Vice Principal of ICSK Junior and has been good in handling the students and parents with great patience. She has been very calm, focused and dedicated that proved apt for the position as a Principal.

Message from the Principal

Education is a purposeful activity directed at achieving certain aims, such as transmitting knowledge or fostering skills and character traits. It is the act of imparting knowledge to others and the act of receiving knowledge from someone else. At ICSK, we aim at the integral development of each student and lay a lot of efforts on tuning every aspect of child's personality that works towards nurturing them into a happy and well equipped human being. The school, with the never ending support of the management, strives to accomplish our vision “Darkness to Light” and education is the effective medium of this social transformation. I feel proud to be a part of such an institute, which is shaping the future citizens. The reputation, the school has acquired and established over these years is due to the dedication and commitment of teachers, supporting staff and the students.

Mr. K. Gangadhar
Principal, ICSK Khaitan.

Mr. K. Gangadhar is a dynamic, creative and a visionary leader. He has done M.A. (English Lit.) from Pune University and B. Ed. from Mumbai University. His professional pursuance is seen in his entire education for always been a student of vocational studies viz. Electrics during Secondary, Medical Laboratory Technology during Sr. Secondary, a Diploma in Computer Management while doing his graduation and for running a computer education institute 'Career Computers' during his post graduations. He received Best Cadet Award in National Service Scheme, has represented at State and University level in competitions and played many leadership roles during his student life. He was also awarded 'The Most Resourceful Student Teacher' and 'The Best Action Research' awards on developing global perspective among students, a project of studies by the government of UK.

Professional Experience

After working for an NGO for the academic excellence of a school, he joined a residential school at Mumbai and worked there in various capacities pertaining to a residential school. He received the Best Head of the Department Award and the Appreciation Award for his outstanding results in classes X & XII.

For his glorious achievements as a principal at Pune, he was awarded with the National Integration Fellowship by the Association of All Maharashtra Journalists. Thereafter working as a founder principal for a CBSE school in Thane, he established a school with system & culture. Before coming to Kuwait, he was working as a principal for an International Residential cum Day School at Nasik.

Skills and Vision

He possesses profound interest in pedagogy and has conducted many workshops and orientation programmes for students and teachers. Apart from attending many in service training programmes and courses, he is also a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001-2000 and has a certification in School Accreditation from Quality Council of India. He has written many short plays and has received The Best Direction award at district level.

His passion remains to create a model school with perennial system and unique educational culture to tap & nurture the latent talent of students and educate them to excel in actualizing themselves as global citizens who shall act as the ambassadors of peace and sustainable development.

Mr. Rajesh Nair. C.
Principal - ICSK Amman

Mr. Rajesh Nair. C has been in the field of education for the past two and half decades maintaining educational development of students and professional development of teachers by developing and implementing policies, programs and curriculum plans and setting an environment conducive to effective learning transaction. He is a dedicated and motivated educational administrative professional with a proven track record for implementing successful programs that produced lasting result. He is very active in supporting and motivating staff to try new creative techniques to improve teaching skills.

Mr. Rajesh Nair is a Post Gradute in English with M.Phil and B.Ed in the same subject. He has got Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership Management (PGDSLM). He has undertaken many tasks assigned by CBSE, Delhi such as Convenor of school Inspection Committee for Affiliation, Centre Superintendant of All India Engineering Entrance Examination, Teacher Trainer in CCE .....etc. He has conducted many orientation programmes for students, teachers and parents. He was the Academic Counsellor of Indira Gandhi National Open University. He was also a member in School Inspection Committee, Text Book Selection Committee and Interview Board of a reputed Educational Society which runs 35 CBSE Schools in India.
