Circular - Aqua Breaks

Greetings!

\r\n\r\n

We are pleased to inform you that we are introducing two additional “Aqua breaks” of 1 minute duration in addition to the normal existing break w.e.f Sunday, 24th November 2019.This is an additional initiative of school to enhance an environment of friendly approach in maintaining metabolic balance.

\r\n\r\n

This break intends to promote students to drink water strictly under the supervision of teachers which would help them in developing a healthy habit of intake of sufficient water on a daily basis. The timing will be as follows:-

\r\n\r\n

1st break – The end of 3rd Period (1 minute)

\r\n\r\n

2nd break – The end of 8th Period before closing prayer (1 minute)

\r\n\r\n

Light music will be played during each time.

\r\n\r\n

Parents are requested to ensure that students carry water bottles to school every day along with their tiffin.

\r\n\r\n

Progress of this initiative will be reviewed and changes may be enforced if required.
