Dear Parents,

\r\n\r\n

We are glad to inform you that the 45th Annual Athletic Meet 2019 for this academic year is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 16th November 2019 and Sunday, 17th November 2019 in Khaifan Stadium.

\r\n\r\n

The Valedictory Ceremony will be held on Friday, 22nd November 2019 in Senior School Auditorium at 4:00 pm.

\r\n\r\n

This is to inform you that all the students of Classes 6, 7, 8, 9 & 11 and the participants of Classes 10 & 12 will be taken to the Kaifan Stadium on Saturday, 16th November 2019 following the regular school timings (7:20 am to 1:20 pm). The students will be taken from the school at 8:00 a.m. and dropped back in school at 1:00 p.m. They are requested to come in sports uniform & sports shoes and carry a water bottle & refreshment. However, food courts will be available in the stadium.

• Students using school transport can confirm the pickup time from the respective bus drivers and will be dropped at the respective bus stops as usual.
\r\n
• Students coming by school transport should inform the teachers and respective bus drivers in case they go with their parents.
\r\n
• Private transport users kindly make their own arrangements.
\r\n

\r\n\r\n

NOTE: Students of classes 6 to 12, except the participants, will have regular classes on Sunday, 17th November 2019. Only the participants of classes 6 to 12 will be taken to the stadium during school hours for their events.
