Circular - K-Rays Exhibition & Parent Teacher Meeting

Dear Parent,

As informed earlier, the Parent Teacher Meeting and the Project Exhibition ‘K-Rays’ are organized on Thursday, 17th October 2019. Please note that the school timing will be from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on this day. It will be a non-instructional day for students and therefore only the participating students who have to arrange their projects themselves and volunteers will have to come to the school at 1.00 PM. The inward trip of transport (for reporting at 1 o’clock to school) will be there for the students who are using school transport and others to come as per their own regular arrangements of transport. Students are supposed to be at their respective bus stops as informed by their drivers. All students of classes LKG to II and non- participants of classes III to XII should come along with their Parents, when they come to attend Parent Teacher Meeting. The judgment of the projects will happen between 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm. The parent teacher meeting will start at 4:30 pm and end at 8.00 pm. Kindly note that there is no return trip of transport for the students as they are supposed to go back home with their parents after the PTM. Please don’t forget to take the projects back home by the Students & Parents after 8.00 pm as the class rooms are used for some other activities on Friday & Saturday. Parents are requested to go around to see the exhibition and encourage the students.
