Circular - Reg engaging students in studies...

Dear Parent,

\r\n\r\n

Greetings!

\r\n\r\n

Hope you are fine and taking good care of your health. Covid-19 has brought tremendous anxiety and some learning as well to mankind. I know, kids who enjoy holidays are bored up at home now, and you always missing time to spend with them, must have found difficult to remain engaged constantly with them by now! So, let's take some positive steps since the break has been sufficient, and let’s convert this emptiness in to education as the new academic year has already begun on calendar.

\r\n\r\n

We are missing our kids too. We get nervous when find the school premises becoming like desert without them. However, our kids are lucky to be born in an e-era wherein we have ample scope to communicate with them virtually and fulfil some of our goals of education even distantly.

\r\n\r\n

Some of you may be little worried about the usage of these mediums as you may be thinking that all kids in a family would need to use individual devices simultaneously and your house may turn into a class room with expected ‘pin drop silence’ or you may need to become their ‘shadow teacher’ for full time… and how all these could be managed at home?

\r\n\r\n

Well, we can understand that this time is important for our well-being and hence, we do not wish to put our kids or your family under any strenuous activity. Rather, we are not a stranger but a part of your family! Our aim is just to keep in touch with our kids on regular basis and engage them in some learning for spending their time in education. Because, their fertile mind ought to kept engaged in all respects and circumstances in this time and age.

\r\n\r\n

Therefore, we have separated the hours of teachers' engagement different for each section. These are - KG to II - 11:30 am to 01:30 pm, III to V - 8:00 am to 11:30 am, VI to VIII - 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm (all these 3 sections have half an hour break in between) and IX to XII from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm with one hour break. Respective class teachers will inform the exact time slots for the different subject teachers during these timings and date of the commencement of their engagements.

\r\n\r\n

Hope you find it most practical in order to avoid clash of kids being engaged together in a family with suitable time slots for each age group. Also, please note, our teacher shall share content through various resources and there may be all kinds of activities from arts to physical fitness to make our kids enjoy learning as well as remain healthy. You may also rely on us even for making them eat healthy food as much as we make them do during lunch time in school. Many more things are in store but let's hope that we are able to achieve our goals and remain healthy. We will also share some do's and don'ts or disciplinary norms for these engagement sessions. Kindly abide by them.

\r\n\r\n

That's all from me at this moment. Our teachers shall take the lead now and we are sure of them bringing good results for us all… as always!

\r\n\r\n
