Circular - I-Cloud Correspondence Classes

As you see, due to Covid-19 pandemic we are facing a huge loss of time to complete the syllabus of class 10 and 12 which is very important for us for these being a board classes. In this situation, we have decided to conduct I-Cloud Correspondence Classes (ICC) for our students by our teachers. These classes will start from tomorrow, 16th March 2020. Please find attached time table herewith and make sure that your ward attends subject teachers accordingly, completes all given tasks and engages constantly in active communication with teachers.

We are open for your valuable feedback in this regard in order to modify our methods and make this system more effective. This kind of distant online studies at home have been encouraged by the authorities including government and adopted by many schools now.

\r\n\r\n

Below is the general structure of how the classes would be conducted.

\r\n\r\n

1. Teachers selects the most suitable chapters for ICC.
\r\n
2. Teacher offers curiosity based thought provoking points, story or material to look for the important content in chapter for reading by the students.
\r\n
3. Teacher gathers queries from students and clarify all of them through a video or online live explanation.
\r\n

\r\n\r\n

4. Teacher provides synopsis and notes, videos, animated content, links for more elaboration of content, like through PPTs, for deep understanding of concepts.

\r\n\r\n

5. Teacher sends worksheet, extra questions and online tests on that chapter through I-Cloud to be solved by the students.

\r\n\r\n

6. Teacher again provides answers to queries from all students.

\r\n\r\n

This way the entire chapter will be completed. Once the school starts regularly, teacher will just conduct the remedial teaching or the revision of the chapters completed through ICC.

\r\n\r\n

Please note that this is just a general model and subject teachers will adopt various others tools and techniques, different methods to reach out to students, may be through Whatsapp to achieve the goal of thorough learning of the lessons by each and every student.
