Sub: ‘Aashivaad 2020’ – Graduation Ceremony for the outgoing students of class XII (2019-20)

Greetings!

\r\n\r\n

Please be informed that the Graduation Ceremony ‘Aashirvad 2020’ for class XII is arranged on Tuesday, 21st January 2020 at 5.00 pm in ICSK Khaitan Auditorium.

\r\n\r\n

As per the prevailing practice, students of class XI are given the privilege to host the function under the guidance and supervision of class teachers and subject teachers without affecting their schedule of academic studies.

\r\n\r\n

You are hereby requested to make arrangements and confirm your ward’s presence in school during the evening hours on 21st Tuesday.

\r\n\r\n

KD 2/- as contribution from each student is required to meet with a portion of the expenditure. Kindly note that your ward strictly complies with the following instructions.

\r\n\r\n

• Dress code – Formals
\r\n
• Mobiles are strictly not allowed
\r\n
• Student joins for the dinner being arranged.
\r\n
• Students should be collected after dinner as school transport is not operated.
\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Kindly arrange to handover the required amount to the class teacher by 19th January 2020.
