We are pleased to inform you that ‘Aashirvaad’, the blessing ceremony specially arranged in honor of the outgoing students of class XII (2019-20) batch is scheduled as per the following details:-

\r\n\r\n

Date & Time – Tuesday, 21st January 2020, 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm

\r\n\r\n

Venue: - ICSK, Khaitan auditorium

\r\n\r\n

Parents of all class XII students are cordially invited to join us for this solemn function and ‘The Dinner’ that follows.

\r\n\r\n

Reporting time for students – 4.00 pm

\r\n\r\n

Dress code for students – Uniform with graduation gown

\r\n\r\n

Parents are expected to be seated by 4.45 pm.

\r\n\r\n

KD 4/- is levied from each student to meet with a portion of expenditure towards dry cleaning charges of Graduation Gown, mementos, certificates and Dinner for parents & students. Kindly note that siblings of students are permitted to join only with prior consent and an additional amount of KD 1/- per member should be remitted in advance.

\r\n\r\n

No student is permitted to carry mobile phones. However cameras are allowed with prior permission from the undersigned.

\r\n\r\n

You are hereby requested to make yourself available and grace the occasion.

\r\n\r\n

Kindly confirm your presence and handover the cash to the class teacher by 19th January 2020 for further arrangements.
